Recently, I listed an amazing house in Cardiff by the Sea. I worked with the owner on a few proven methods to help him get the exposure he needed so he can find just the right buyer. First, we mailed a letter to all of his neighbors inviting them to his private open house. It went splendidly. They all loved coming by and to be the first to see it.
