Anyone who's been through downtown Carlsbad, has probably seen this building.
You may not remember it as you drive on the coast highway, but it's been here for a while. It's the location of the Carlsbad Mineral Water Spa. The massage and spa treatments are renowned in San Diego and many years ago it brought people from all over the country.
The history behind it and what Carlsbad was like years ago is very interesting. Their website tells the story of how the well originated and what it did to develop downtown Carlsbad.
I've heard the Spa Treatments are amazing too.
