Professionally: Frank received his Real Estate license in 1993 and worked for two years as a sales associate. In 1995 and for four years he was a buyers agent for two of the top producing Realtors in North County. He received his Brokers License in 2004. He is specially trained as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). He has helped over 400 families in the last fifteen years achieve their Real Estate goals. He has consistently been a top producer in each level of his career.

Personally:  Frank is married to a beautiful, loving wife (Judy) and they have 2 great kids (Jasmine 7) and (Robbie 4), and he loves spending time with them. He also enjoys surfing, spiritual growth, fitness and nutrition.

Professionally: Chuck received his Real Estate license in 2003. He worked as a Mortgage Consultant at a few North County mortgage companies before coming to The Grangetto Group in 2007. He brought with him many years of operations management experience from a Fortune 500 - top 30 company. He excels in and focuses primarily on the client experience, overall management, and the marketing responsibilities for The Grangetto Group.

Personally: Chuck is married to his beautiful wife Tracey and has 4 wonderful children, Alexis (25), Luke (22), Charlie (19), and Kara (15). He loves spending time with them and he enjoys being involved at church and traveling with the family. He is passionate about golf, enjoys surfing, hiking, fishing and sporting events.
